We have implemented North.AI solution. At the first stage Artificial Intelligence (AI) has shown results that were overally better than recruiters got in CV scoring. It means that in real life conditions AI saves time that spent on resumes search, screening and scoring. It gives recruiters opportunity to focus on more strategic tasks. We got plans to automate a whole process that covers: CV scoring, communication with candidate (call, e-mail), video interview and meeting scheduling.
